President & CEO
Dr. Uma G. Gupta brings more than two decades of distinguished experience in higher education as President of the State University of New York at Alfred, New York and Senior Advisor to the SUNY Chancellor for Women in Science, Engineering, Technology, and Mathematics (STEM), Dean of the College of Technology at the University of Houston, Texas, and Endowed Chair of Information Technology at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She earned her MBA and PhD from the University of Central Florida and is a sought after consultant and speaker. She has authored two text books and more than sixty refereed publications.
Wendy Fambro
Vice President

Wendy Fambro is Vice President of University Relations. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Geneseo State University with a BA in Psychology, and a Master of Divinity degree from Colgate Rochester Divinity School. Her past work experiences include ESL instructor to immigrants, Sign Language interpreter for deaf students, and as Campus Chaplain at several universities in New York. She was also a Program Director for the United Nations Association of Rochester and currently participates in the Ghana Project Group (promoting the Rochester Sister City relationship).

Dr. William G. Davey, Principal Consultant, has served as Associate Director of International Programs, Director of the American Language and Culture Program, Director of ASU-Japan, and Director of International Programs in the Office of the Provost at Arizona State University. He has consulted for several universities and fortune 500 companies including American Express,Intel, and Honeywell and serves on the Board of several organizations. Bill is the cofounder of the Transatlantic Dialogue and was a 2009-2010 EU Erasmus Mundus Scholar. In 2010, he received the European Association for International Education’s Transatlantic Leadership Award for outstanding contribution to transatlantic cooperation in international education. He earned his Bachelor’s from Penn State, Master’s from Columbia, and PhD from Indiana University.
Barbara Drago
Barbara Drago is a senior executive in higher education and economic development with 30 years experience driving dramatic results in economic and workforce development. She served as a Consultant to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation start-up project to help advance PK-20 education in STEM across New York State. As part of the State University of New York System Administration, Barbara was directly responsible for fund raising through grants and grant oversight and the launch of several statewide and regional education, business and industry networking programs and launched and Chaired the statewide Business & Education Leadership Cooperative and provided oversight to the 10 regional Technology Development Offices in NY.
